LATE ARRIVALS/NO SHOWS
There are no refunds, pro-rating, or re-scheduling for no-shows or late arrivals.
Please make sure we have a working cell phone contact # in your booking information.
The safety of our guests is always our priority. As weather on the OBX changes quickly, we try to make the call to cancel as close to tour time as is reasonable. If there are showers in the area but it’s still safe and comfortable to offer the tour, we will go. We will cancel if conditions are unsafe – such as lightning or severe weather. If we cancel due to inclement weather, we will try to reschedule when/if possible. If we are unable to reschedule, or if you are unable to attend at the rescheduled date/time, full refunds will be issued. If we have to cancel after the tour starts, the amount refunded will be pro-rated based on the remaining portion of the tour which guests were unable to complete.
To Reschedule: Rescheduling guests are encouraged to give as much advance notice as possible as tour dates/times have limited availability. Should we not be able to reschedule, it becomes a cancellation - and cancellation refund policies are applied. We will provide a refund for rescheduling requests made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour. No refunds will be given for rescheduling/cancellations made within the 72 hours before the scheduled tour.
Cancellation With Full Refund: Due to COVID-19, we are now offering a no questions asked full refund policy. Should the purchasing guest request a refund, prior to the scheduled tour or if you or someone in your home is either sick or might have been exposed to COVID-19, cancel by 5 PM on your tour date and receive a full refund. No questions asked. Please do not attend the tour if you or a member of your party is sick.
Refund Payments: can only be sent back to the original payment method used in a charge. It’s not possible to send a refund to a different destination (e.g., another card or bank account). Refunds will appear as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank. Once issued, a refund cannot be canceled.
